Sharing your Dashboard

Each Dashboard can be shared independently. For example, you may want to send a Dashboard to an external user without having to invite them to your Organization.

At the top of a Dashboard is the Share button.

Dashboards can be shared via private invites or public links. If users are invited by email, they will need to create their own SaaSGrid account to see Dashboards. Public links do not require a SaaSGrid account for access to Dashboards.

Turning on "Visible to Organization" allows all Viewers in the Organization to see the Dashboard on their homepage.

Finally, you can grant privacy settings into Drilldowns and downloading. Drilldowns showcase data that help calculate the Metric. If you only want to share the final value, disable the ability to view Drilldowns. You can also permit users to see Drilldowns with anonymized customer names.

Users with access to Dashboards (whether by invite or public link) can be allowed to download its underlying data as a spreadsheet with Customer MRR and expenses.
