To provide forgiveness for late renewals, SaaSGrid allows you to configure how long you are willing to "bridge" those contracts, to ensure there is no ARR gap. Additionally, you can classify Opportunity/Deal stages that SaaSGrid should take into account before marking a Customer as "Churned".
If your company utilizes multiple currencies within your CRM, you can mimic those settings here.
Exchange Rate
If you have multiple currencies, you can either use the exchange rates that are defined within your CRM, or default to rates that SaaSGrid maintains.
Use this setting to configure whether SaaSGrid should roll-up child Accounts into their parent Account.
If there are archived Pipeline stages, SaaSGrid needs a mapping between those stages and their current equivalent, to ensure that SaaSGrid is able to accurately compute pipeline metrics.
